Internet Database of Evidence-Based Abstracts and Articles (IDEA) (Oregon Health Sciences University) - List of EBM publications arranged alphabetically by MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) terms. Use your web browser's Find button to search within each alphabetic section.

MEDLINE via the Ruth Lilly Medical Library Ovid system (Authorized use only) or via PubMed from the National Library of Medicine - Both systems have stored search strategies for retrieving clinically relevant literature. In Ovid, choose Run Saved Search and select diagnosis, etiology, prognosis or therapy. In PubMed, select from the same four categories and specify if the emphasis should be on articles of high sensitivity or high specificity.

Journal Club on the Web -Intractive medical "journal club" with summaries and comments on articles from the recent medical literature. Readers may submit comments to be posted on the web site. The articles are primarily in the field of adult internal medicine and mainly from the New England Journal of Medicine, Annals of Internal Medicine, JAMA and the Lancet. Full text of the articles being reviewed may be available with professional affiliation. Some articles may also be available via the Ruth Lilly Medical Library's OVID (Medline, etc.) database server (Authorized Use Only).
